A certified and trained installation team member is contacted to quote your job.
Only certified professionals are allowed to install our surface protection products.
Our courteous staff will explain the benefits of the technology and what to expect during the installation of the coating.
Measurements are taken during the quoting process and a detailed quote will be generated for your approval.
Certified Trained
Professionals
All coating teams are trained on proper technique for installation. This gives you peace of mind that the teams will do the installation right the first time.
The coating is applied using an air gun and is sprayed onto any surface. The teams begin by cleaning the surfaces in preparation for the coating application.
Once the cleaning is complete the teams begin coating the surfaces. During the installation we recommend that the teams and any other people in the area wear protective equipment, which would be the same as used when painting.
The coating can take up to 7 days to fully adhere on the surface, but it becomes functional on day one. As time progresses the coating becomes durable and permanent.
It creates a clear surface finish similar to clear coating on a car. The only way to remove the coating is to abrasively remove it or paint over the surface. Simply reapply the coating on top of the surface again.
Become an Installer
Training
All installers can expect to spend up to 5 days getting trained.
Typically, 1-2 days of in-person classroom training followed by 2-3 days of hands-on experience spraying the coating.
Investing in a portable air compressor, protective equipment, air guns for spraying is all that is needed.
All installation teams will receive on the job training in real world situations and easy quoting templates to ensure profitable job quotes.
Marketing Support
Trained teams are highlighted on the corporate website. A customer landing page is created that allows installers to highlight jobs, share testimonials and more
Custom door stickers with QR codes allow linking directly to the installers landing pages. A corporate video is created and the installer is allowed to place a personal message. So when people visit facilities protected by TiCoat they are linked back directly to the installer that did that job
Ongoing Support
TiCoat and Master Wholesalers are available to provide ongoing support and training as needed.
